Friends better than Comcast support
Today I helped a friend with their Comcast network. They had tried to have Comcast's phone support fix the problem. No luck. Solution? Have a friend with a clue come over and fix the problem. It only took all of 15 minutes. The solution is something that really should have been one on the first approaches. Maybe I'll see if Comcast will hire me to actually help their customers. It's a good service, but this isn't the first time I've encountered a serious lacking in the support area. Actually it only took about 5 minutes, but I had to undo some things the Comcast hack did first. :-/
